  • Our products are fulfilled through a print-on-demand partner. Production and shipping timelines are estimates and may vary.
  • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
  • We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images. However, colors and details may vary slightly due to screen settings and production processes.

3. Orders and Payments

  • By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.
  • Payment must be made at the time of purchase using the available payment methods.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any order for reasons including, but not limited to, suspected fraud or unauthorized activity.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are processed and shipped by our production partner. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect information.
  • We currently do not offer international shipping.

 

5. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds and exchanges are only available for defective or incorrect items.
  • If you experience an issue, please email us at tiona@stewcations.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product to facilitate the process.
  • Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will coordinate with our production partner to resolve the issue. Refunds may take up to 14 business days to process.
  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizes, or other non-defective issues. Please review product descriptions and size charts carefully before purchasing.

 

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including text, images, and designs, is the intellectual property of The Stewcations Merch Store. Reproduction or redistribution without permission is prohibited.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for delays, errors, or damages caused by our print-on-demand partner or shipping carriers.
  • Our total liability to you for any claim related to your order is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

  •   These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.
