Orders and Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Meta Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, AfterPay, and PayPal.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
You have up to 1 hour after placing your order to make changes or cancel it. After this period, your order is sent to production and cannot be altered.
Will I receive a confirmation email after I place my order?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another email when your order has been shipped.
Shipping and Delivery
How long will it take to receive my order?
Shipping times vary by product and are listed on each product page.
How do I track my shipment?
You will receive shipment details via email after your order has shipped. Please note that items may ship from different production sites, so you may receive more than one tracking number.
Do you offer international shipping?
No, we currently do not offer international shipping.
What happens if my package is delayed or lost?
If your tracking information shows "delivered" but you have not received the item(s), please contact us at shop@stewcations.com at least 3 days after the delivery date.
Returns and Refunds
What is your refund/exchange policy?
Refunds and exchanges are available only for defective or incorrect items.
- Email us at shop@stewcations.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product.
- Approved claims will be resolved with the assistance of our production partner.
Refunds may take up to 14 business days to process.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizes, or other non-defective issues. Please review product descriptions and size charts carefully before purchasing.
How do I request a refund or exchange?

Do you cover return shipping costs?

Are your products customizable?
Yes! To order customized items and/or items for groups, we offer custom designs and printing. Our designs are created by our professional graphic designer.
